Greetings kindred spirits and loving souls it is a pleasure to be with you once again, thank you for “tuning in”, blessings to you all.

Today we’re going to follow Brother Echo on an adventure spanning the course of two days March 26th and 27th in the year 2010. First stop is Whole Foods to pick up some goodies for the kitchen including a delicious veggie treat for the dogs, “Bugsy Malone” and “Tazzy Girl”. If you can find and alternative to meat products for your pets, the planet and all the other animals in the world would like to say thank you!

After the Whole Foods adventure we’re swiftly off to the Simi Valley farmers market to pick up some avocados and then we make a b-line for LOWE’s home improvement store to pick up gardening supplies (weapons of mass LOVE). You might find Brother Echo’s commentary once inside the LOWE’s home improvement center quite entertaining!

Immediately after weapons of mass LOVE are procured from LOWE’s it’s back to the casa to begin tilling the soil for Brother Echo’s first outdoor garden.

Overall this is 10 minutes of zigging and zagging with your always colorful and entertaining host Brother Echo Roberson. Stay tuned for future episodes throughout the summer (uploaded daily) to watch the Raw Sangha and Echo’s garden grow and propagate LOVE!

I hope everyone is doing well today, bless us all. I’m having an absolutely wonderful day today and a lot of that has to do with you. I love you all so very much, I see the perfection and grace in all those around me even if people do not see it in themselves.

Today I would like to share with you a very special video I came upon that reminded me that I’m in 100% control of my reality… and so are you.

Many people have seen the movie “The Secret” and for all the great topics it covered I think it can also be said that a lot of people took it the wrong way and figured if they wished hard enough all their wildest dreams would come true!

The Secret touched on the fact that the power of our thoughts and state of mind can quite literally manifest the reality we want and I’m here to testify that YES this is true. I can tell you with absolute certainty that what you think upon and how you see your world is exactly what you will get.

I am living it right now… I’m witnessing the transformation in my daily life and it’s amazing. The bottom-line is, you have to KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE. You can’t just repeat a couple affirmations or wish really hard that your life was better… YOU HAVE TO SEE IT, BELIEVE IT AND BE IT!

The realization of all these possibilities have become extremely clear now that I’ve changed my way of living to the Raw lifestyle. The clarity that I have now is unexplainable, you have to try it and find out for yourself!

There is a SECRET… but it’s only a secret so long as you keep it from yourself. Tell yourself what you want, see it, believe it and you can make it happen. I believe in you and I love you unconditionally… be the master of your universe no more talking the talk, it’s time to WALK THE WALK!

On my relatively new journey down the path of the Raw lifestyle I am awakened every single day refreshed, revitalized and full of STOKE! Above all I have this energy that is moving me in the direction I’ve always wanted in my life. I’ve always wanted to be an advocate for something worth talking about… ladies and gentlemen I have definitely found my life’s calling and purpose.

I’m finding out daily how amazing this lifestyle is and how transformative it can be. I’ve literally been sleep walking through life for 33 years! I’m not exaggerating when I say this… YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. This is so fundamental but somewhere along the line we all took the bait and as a result our lives and world are in turmoil.

NEVER fear for there is a solution and it’s not in any book, church or temple… it’s within you. Unlock your potential… be everything you were meant to be! I promise you with every bit of matter in my body this lifestyle change if you’re serious about it will transform you into a completely new person… a person you didn’t even know existed.
