An impromptu film made in Tokyo by Dennis Wheatley and Stefan McClean. They were sitting in this sushi bar downtown Tokyo pondering how best to set up a camera to film things as they happen without causing a scene. They decided in order to capture people “in the moment” they would put a camera on the revolving conveyor belt to capture people just being themselves.
I love this video, it really does capture the moment and is accompanied by a wonderful piece of music. The music is “lost in a moment” by: “Shrift” from the album of the same name.
“We’ve got this gift of love, but love is like a precious plant. You can’t just accept it and leave it in the cupboard or just think it’s going to get on by itself. You’ve got to keep watering it. You’ve got to really look after it and nurture it.”
Give peace a chance… its been said by a great many people throughout history but is anyone listening? One thing is for sure most of us on this planet want peace, so what’s it going to take? What is going to have to happen before we actually wake up and give peace a chance?
Will it take an event larger than 9/11? It seems as though that is the road we’re on. All the hype and speculation of events to come in the year 2012, if you ask me it seems like a self fulfilling prophecy.
There isn’t anything more important in the world right now than finding peace.
